The Kingdom, Power, & Glory The Seven Churches of Revelation
So far in our series, we have learned that the way we live our lives here and now will have eternal and unchangeable consequences in the coming kingdom. In other words, what we do after we have been born again dramatically affects our roles, our positions, and our places in the future reign of Christ.
All believers will be with Christ in the coming Millennium, but only the overcomers—the ones who constantly recognize their choices and choose to turn around and follow Christ—will inherit levels of responsibility in that kingdom.
Last month, we stressed the importance that God puts on becoming “overcomers.” It’s imperative that we learn how to overcome the world, the flesh and the devil. Otherwise, we ourselves will be overcome by the same.
As many of you know, K-House has several offices around the world, including the U.S. office in Coeur d’Alene, ID; our EU office in Portsmouth, England; our Canadian office in Cranbrook, BC; and, our African office in Benoni, South Africa. Last month we opened our South Pacific office in New Zealand.
Over the years we have been overwhelmed by the favor the Lord has shown in New Zealand, and Nan and I have also felt a personal connection to this small country and its people. While the Coeur d’Alene office will continue to be the world-wide hub of K-House and its production center, we see some unique opportunities for our New Zealand office that we wanted to share with you.
We have acquired an ongoing business and property in the middle of the North Island of New Zealand called the “River Lodge” (www.riverlodge.co.nz). The Lodge will continue to operate as it has in the past, as a wedding facility and corporate retreat center, and will be somewhat of a “tent-making ministry” as we reach for our real goal, which is to create the “Koinonia Discipleship Center.”
We conduct 3 tours a year: the Berean Tour, the Talmidim Tour and the Issachar Tour
The Berean Tour is our “Walk Through the Bible” tour. We walk where Jesus Walked, we pray where Jesus prayed and we stand where He performed miracles. This journey through the Holy Land will make the scriptures come alive. Truly an incredible trip.
The Talmidim Tour will provide you the opportunity to put feet to your faith as we seek to incarnate Genesis 12. This Tour will combine TOURING, STUDYING as well as WORKING hard on some much-needed projects!
The Issachar Tour focuses on modern Israel and her struggles. Besides visiting amazing biblical sites, this trip will provide private briefings that have previously included briefings and Q & A with members of the IDF, Mossad, the Shin Bet, as well as members of the Knesset.
